After the long personal profile system test, I found out that I have an S high C personality. I think it is actually true in some point, but there is something that I think is not that right. S means steadiness. I think that I am a good listener, I like to help others, I show loyalty, and I like to have a stable harmonious work environment. However, I don't think I have demonstrated patience, and I don't perform in a consistent, predictable manner. C means conscientiousness. I think it's pretty match me to but not every part.
If I can change my personality, I wish I can have some tendencies from D, which is dominance. Since S and C are both somehow like a follower in a group and D is like a leader, if I have both of those personality, then everything will be more perfect than now. I won’t be that shy to take in front of a group of people, so presentation will be a lot easier for me to do.
I think that this test is a good way to find out how our personality is like and what you need to improve your personality. However, I think that this test cannot tell you how a person exactly is like, because some people will have different personality when they facing different kind of people.

I agree with your comment about how people sometimes act differently in different environments.I am a certain way with some friends as opposed to others. But a part of me will always be constant. Only slight changes occur in my mannerism because it helps the communication process. These tests help to determine a part of a person. But its a test that keeps all else constant. That is why I feel that this test may not be so accurate. Thank you for your insight =D
Hey So, you have the same result as Xiao. I think for both S and C, there are certain aspects of it describe who you are. You are also a good listener; you pick up things I said during our converstion. On the other hand, I think you can be D at time, that is when you are in a situation when you are sure of wanting something or you know that your decision is right.
I guess mastering a language will change one's personality in some point. For me, if I speak fluently and communicated without any hesitation about my grammar and sentence structure, I will be more confident. So, I wouldn't be afraid to stand in front of the class and have a presentation. In fact, when we care, we actually tend to think more about the result, so sometimes it restricts our steps for proceeding. However, I do think you have "D". Remember the trips you plan? You show leadership skills, and we all followers. So, I guess you are the leader of your life. Also, you are the product that shows your leadership. In fact, the difference are there are more leaders that take role more than just leading themselves, so they are "D" and "I". We can work on it, because we all have those in ourselves, it is just a matter of more or less.
Yea, I agree with you that this test cannot tell a person’s exactly behavior, because everyone tends to do different acts in front of a new environment or different group of people. I think I and S types really suits you with your behavior. From the group activity in this class, I can see that you are a good listener and always like to help out with others. I also want to be a dominant leader at times, but I guess we need more confidence in order to become a dominant leader. But I think you are a dominant leader, because when we hang out as a group, you come up with suggestion and also plan out the activity. So I guess you can be a dominant leader in front of your friends, and it is nice to have experience of a dominant leader.
